1. *Eligibility for Returns:* We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Since these are sex toys any item that is returned opened will NOT be eligible for return. Please make your selection carefully.

3. *Return Shipping:* Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Primal Pleasure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. *Refund Process:* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

5. *Non-Returnable Items:* For hygiene and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept opened or used items.

6. *Exchanges:* We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. *Damaged or Defective Items:* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

8. *Cancellations:* We ship within one working day so ... Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
