To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Since these are sex toys any item that is returned opened will NOT be eligible for return. Please make your selection carefully.

3. *Return Shipping:* Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Primal Pleasure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. *Refund Process:* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
