To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 3. *Return Shipping:* Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Primal Pleasure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. *Refund Process:* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
